Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers everything purchased through join.waxonoff.co.za — our month-to-month membership and our pre-paid treatment courses. All treatments are delivered in person at our Sea Point salon. We want every client to feel looked after, so if anything is unclear, reach us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

Memberships (month-to-month)

The Smooth Season Membership is billed monthly with no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date — simply let us know on WhatsApp and you will not be charged again.

When you cancel, your member benefits stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rata or refund part of a month already started, because your member rate and perks are available to you for that whole period.

Pre-paid courses (once-off)

A pre-paid course (for example the 6-session Smooth Season Course) is a discounted block paid upfront.

7-day cooling-off: you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no session in the block has been redeemed. After 7 days, or once any session has been used, the course is non-refundable.

Unused sessions never expire on you unfairly — they remain available to book, and you may transfer them to another person if you would prefer someone else use them.

Gift purchases

Gifts and gift passes are fully refundable or exchangeable at any time before they are redeemed. Once a gift has been redeemed for a treatment, it follows the same terms as the service or course it was redeemed against.

If you are unhappy with a treatment

Your comfort and result matter to us. If you are not happy with a treatment, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will arrange a complimentary correction. All treatments and services are subject to our terms and conditions.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +27 83 340 1274 with your name and what you would like to cancel or refund. Where a refund applies, we process it back to your original Paystack payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payment disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us directly first — we resolve almost everything within one working day, which is faster than a formal dispute. All card payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never see or store your full card details.
